Service Description
We will contact you in due course to finalise event details and final cost. Room Hire Only: £60 max. 12 persons Party Package: £15 per child including buffet lunch & animal encounter. Please ask for our add-on price list for more information.
Cancellation Policy
Minimum 4 People. Max. 12 children. Please note the following adult to child ratios: Under 5yrs - 1 adult per child 5-10yrs - 1 adult per 3 children 10 yrs + - 2 adults. Any additional adults are subject to general admission. Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the event time and can be rebooked. Cancellations not rebooked are subject to £20 administration fee. Cancellations not made within 48 hours will forfeit deposit. £60 deposit to secure booking. Any balance due for additional people and upgrades can be paid on the day of the event or invoiced in advance.
